East Selah residents with contaminated water ask about filter systems, property values and livestock
PFAS is in the groundwater west of Spokane. What’s known about the contamination is only growing.

While we’re offering re-sampling for past participants who acted on our advice, we are keen to expand the program to more East Selah residents.

Egg sampling is a high priority for us, given data from past sampling rounds.

Sign up eligibility:

You must live in the East Selah area and have PFAS in your water higher than at least one of these values:

PFOS: 4 ppt or ng/L

PFOA: 4 ppt or ng/L

PFHxS: 10 ppt or ng/L

PFNA: 10 ppt or ng/L

Use the contaminated water to raise animals or eggs at home for yourself, your family, or friends to eat (not commercial production).
